Booking Timeline 

Our rentals often book up to a year in advance, so we highly recommend reserving as early as possible to ensure availability of the items you're interested in.

Please note: Your rental is not secured until we receive both your deposit and signed contract.

We accept rental requests up to two weeks prior to your event, subject to availability

Payment & Cancellation Policy

To secure your event date, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due two weeks before your scheduled event. Deposits are refundable with written notice if the cancellation is made at least 30 days in advance; unfortunately, cancellations made less than 30 days prior are non-refundable. A $50 late fee will apply to final payments not received by the due date, and if the balance is not paid within one week of the event, the booking will be canceled and the deposit forfeited.

Delivery & Pickup Policy

Delivery and pickup are free within the Des Moines area.

For locations outside of Des Moines, we offer delivery within a 25-mile radius for a $50 travel fee.

We do accept a limited number of requests beyond 25 miles. These must meet specific rental order minimums and will include additional travel fees. Please contact us directly to see if your event qualifies for extended travel.

Setup, Teardown, and Space Requirements

Our standard setup and teardown hours are between 9:00 AM and 11:00 PM. If your venue allows access the day prior, we may be able to set up earlier — pending availability.

Please note:

  • We offer late teardowns after 11:00 PM, up to midnight, for a $25 late pick-up fee.

  • An additional day rental is available for $75.

  • Please ensure that a minimum 8x10 ft of clear, level space is provided for our setup.

We’ll follow up one week prior to your event to coordinate the most convenient setup and teardown times based on your venue’s access and your event timeline.
